Abstract
Kozmetička industrija ubraja se u jedne od najprofitabilnijih industrija, a obilježava ju kontinuirani rast i razvoj pod utjecajem intenzivne dinamičnosti tržišnog natjecanja i globalizacije. Stoga, potrebe za inovacijama u području plasiranja proizvoda za osobnu higijenu, dekorativne kozmetike, parfema i drugih nužne su kod svih globalnih lidera, no, rastuća je i osviještenost poduzeća o važnosti održivog razvoja u poslovanju. Kao glavna odrednica dugoročnog uspjeha poslovanja poduzeća u radu je postavljena primjena održivog, multidimenzionalnog načina poslovanja. Dijagnostičkim analizama unutarnjeg i vanjskog okruženja na primjeru L'Oréala dolazi se do zaključka kako ekonomija, društvo i okoliš mogu funkcionirati skladno i održivo unutar strategije velikog poduzeća. Rad će se zasnivati na podacima prikupljenima iz sekundarnih izvora, u vidu znanstvene i stručne literature (knjige, znanstveni i stručni radovi, znanstveni časopisi, službeni internetski izvori). Pri obradi podataka koristit će se metode analize i sinteze te metode dedukcije, deskripcije i generalizacije.
Abstract (english)
The cosmetics industry is one of the most profitable industries, and is characterized by continuous growth and development under the influence of intense dynamics of competition and globalization. Therefore, the need for innovation in the field of marketing of personal hygiene products, decorative cosmetics, perfumes and others is necessary for all global leaders, nevertheless, awareness of companies about the importance of sustainable development in business is also growing. The application of a sustainable, multidimensional way of doing business has been set as the main determinant of long-term success. Diagnostic analyses of the internal and external environment on the example of L'Oréal, lead to the conclusion that economy, society and the environment can function harmoniously and sustainably within the strategy of a large company. This paper will be based on data collected from secondary sources, in the form of scientific and professional literature (books, scientific and professional papers, scientific journals, official online sources). Methods of analysis and synthesis and methods of deduction, description and generalization will be used in data processing.
