Abstract
Industrija video igara najbrže je rastuća industrija u svijetu danas. Većina ljudi koja ima mogućnost je probala Video igre. Asortiman video igara je širok od jednostavnih igara koje se igraju na mobitelu, pa sve do igra koje povezuju veliki broj igrača a koje već neko vrijeme nazivaju i sportom. Covid 19 pojavio se kao prijetnja pod kraj 2019. godine te naštetio kompletnom svjetskom gospodarstvu. Dok ostatak svijeta i svjetskog gospodarstva prima teške udarce video igre su jedna od rijetkih industrija koja bilježi rast i u takvim crnim vremenima. Najvažnije odlike koje čine industriju video igara posebnom za vrijeme pandemije izazvane Covid-19 je prilagodba, inovacija i praćenje tehnoloških trendova. Tržište video igara ne čine samo proizvodnju i kupnju video igara, već i uređaje koji omogućuju njihovo pokretanje. Igre su bile jedan od načina da se za vrijeme pandemije Covid-19 ljudi zadrže u svojim kućama te poštuju pravila distanciranja a online igre su pomogle da se na neki zabavan način opet druže. U ovakvim vremenima velikih promjena igre i tehnologija su bile od koristi ali opet cijela situacija nije ostavila utjecaj samo na gospodarstvo već i na ljudski um.
Abstract (english)
The video game industry is the fastest growing industry in the world today. Most people who have the opportunity have tried Video Games. The range of video games is wide, from simple games that are played on a mobile phone, to games that connect a large number of players and which have been called sports for some time. Covid 19 emerged as a threat at the end of 2019 and was created by the entire world economy. While the rest of the world and the world economy are receiving heavy hitting video games are one of the few industries to record growth even in such dark times. The most important features that makes the video game industry special during the Covid-19 pandemic is the adaptation, innovation, and tracking of technological trends. The video game market not only makes the production and purchase of video games, but also the devices that enable their launch. Games have been one way to keep people in their homes during the Covid-19 pandemic and respect distance rules, and online games can help them socialize again in some fun way. In times like these, big changes in the game and technology have been beneficial but again the whole situation has left an impact not only on the economy but also on the human mind.
