Abstract
U ovom radu istraživali su se izazovi poslovanja malih i srednjih poduzeća, s ciljem suočavanja s istima te time boljom prilagodbom na njih. Kako danas postoje brojne mogućnosti, postoje i barijere koje otežavaju normalni poslovni proces. Prilikom izrade rada, zaključeno je kako mala i srednja poduzeća imaju brojne izazove, od kojih se najviše izdvajaju administrativni i financijski. Administrativni, kao glavni izazov, moguće je riješiti pojednostavljivanjem propisa, eliminiranjem nepotrebnih uredbi te naporom europske unije i usklađivanjem sa zemljama članicama. Financijski, pak, bi se riješio boljim educiranjem o postojećim načinima financiranja te nižim kamatnim stopama na zaduživanje.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis numerous business challenges of small and medium enterprises were analysed with the purpose of dealing with them and consequently adjust to them. Although today numerous possibilities exist, there are also barriers that make normal business process more difficult. As a result of the research for this thesis, the conclusion was drawn that SMEs have a number of challenges, of which administrative and financial challenges arose as the most conspicuous. The administrative challenges, being the main ones, can be solved by easing the regulations and eliminating the unnecessary ones, with the effort from the European Union and the harmonization of member states. Financial one, on the other side, can be solved through better education and lower interest rates.
