Abstract
Ovaj rad će se usredotočiti na glavne odrednice društveno odgovornog poslovanja i utjecaj Covid-19 pandemije na poslovanje poduzeća. Nakon toga obavit će se analiza društveno odgovornog poslovanja poduzeća Drogerie Markt i utjecaj pandemije na njegovo poslovanje. Nadalje, ovaj rad će biti usredotočen na stakeholderski pristup poduzeću. Glavni fokus stakeholderskog pristupa je uključivanje više sudionika u poslovanje i odlučivanje. Cilj rada je upoznati osnovne pojmove i definicije društveno odgovornog poduzeća i stakeholderskog pristupa te razabrati vodeće trendove u modernom poslovanju. Također, cilj je promotriti na koji način je globalna pandemija utjecala na društvenu odgovornost velikih poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
This thesis will focus on the main determinants of corporate social responsibility and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on business operations. After that, an analysis of the socially responsible business of Drogerie Markt and the impact of the pandemic on its business will be performed. Furthermore, this paper will focus on the stakeholder approach to the enterprise. The main focus of the stakeholder approach is to involve more participants in business and decision-making. The aim of this paper is to get acquainted with the basic concepts and definitions of socially responsible company and stakeholder approach and to understand the leading trends in modern business. Also, the goal is to look at how the global pandemic has affected the social responsibility of large companies.
