Abstract
Turistički aranžman je osnovni proizvod kojeg turistička agencija prodaje, a nastaje isključivo naporima i radom agencije. Najveći broj pripadnika starije dobne skupine putuje zbog odmora, zatim zbog posjećivanja obitelji, te ostali razlozi. Turizam za starije dobne skupine ima cilj ponuditi putovanje i turističku izloženost određenoj dobnoj skupini koji su se povukli iz aktivnog zaposlenja i imaju puno slobodnog vremena. Saga nudi proizvode i usluge, uglavnom za osobe starije od 50 godina. Djeluje kroz 3 segmenta: osiguranje, putovanja i nove tvrtke te središnje troškove.
Abstract (english)
A tourist arrangement is the basic product of a travel agency for sale, and it is created exclusively through the efforts and work of agencies. Most members of the older age group travel for vacations, then for family visits, and other reasons. Tourism for older age groups aims to offer travel and tourist exposure to a certain age group who are withdrawn from active employment and have a lot of free time. Saga offers products and services, mainly for people over the age of 50. It operates through 3 segments: insurance, travel and new businesses, and central costs.
