Abstract
Nabava je jedna od glavnih funkcija svakog poduzeća. Ona vodi računa o opskrbi, materijalima, opremom, uslugama i energijom potrebnima za realizaciju ciljeva poduzeća. Operativno poslovanje nabave se odnosi na aktivnosti koje se svakodnevno obavljaju kako bi se na vrijeme ostvarile sve definirane potrebe poduzeća vezane za pripremu i kupnju, isporuku, dopremu, prijama i skladištenja proizvoda te njihova disponiranja u skladu sa zahtjevima korisnika. Cilj izrade ovog rada je upoznati se s procesom operativne nabave te prikazati na koji je način ona implementirana na primjeru građevinskog poduzeća Kamgrad d.o.o..
Abstract (english)
Procurement is one of the main functions of every company. It takes care of the supply, materials, equipment, services and energy needed to achieve the goals. Procurement operations refer to activities performed on a daily basis in order to achive, in a timely manner, all the defined needs of the company related to the preparation and purchase, delivery, receipt and storage of products and their disposal in accordance with customer requirements. The aim of this paper is to get acquainted with the process of operational procurement and show how it impelemted on the example of the construction company Kamgrad d.o.o..
