Abstract
Stambeno pitanje pravo je svakog mladog, ali i svakog čovjeka općenito. Nužno je mladima omogućiti rješavanje stambenog pitanja u što ranijoj dobi, jer kada mladi uđu u kasniju životnu dob, izgube volje za zasnivanjem obitelji. Ova uzročno posljedična veza sa sobom vuče još brojne posljedice, kao smanjenje fertiliteta, migracije, povećanje nezaposlenosti, krizu mirovinskog sustava i još brojne druge posljedice. Politički organi, kao i cijelo društvo mora se mobilizirati kako bi zajednički doprinijelo stvaranju pozitivnije klime u kojoj će se mladi osjetiti poželjnijima, te u kojoj će htjeti raditi, biti produktivniji. Sve je to puno manje vjerovatno bez rješavanja stambenog pitanja.
Abstract (english)
The housing question is the right of not just every young person, but evety man in general. It is neccessary to enable young people to solve housing issues as early as possible, because when young people enter the later age, they lose interest to acquire housing indepence. This cause - effect relationship also has many other consequences, such as a reduction in fertility, migration, increased uneployment, the pension system and many other consequences. Political bodies, as the whole society, must be mobilized to jointly cobtribute to creating a more positive climate in which young people will feel desirable. All this is much less without resolving the housing issue.
