Abstract
U radu se obrađuje razvoj digitalnog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj. Potreba za obradom navedenog predmeta istraživanja proizlazi iz činjenice da svijet prolazi kroz proces digitalne transformacije kojem se mora prilagoditi hrvatsko gospodarstvo i poduzetništvo u težnji za jačanjem konkurentske pozicije. Opći cilj rada je prikazati ulogu digitalizacije u podizanju konkurentnosti poduzetničkih poslovnih subjekata. Ključni preduvjeti i ciljevi koje je potrebno dostići kako bi se osigurao uspješan razvoj digitalnog poduzetništva u Hrvatskoj predstavljeni su u Nacionalnoj razvojnoj strategiji Republike Hrvatske do 2030. godine. Tvrtka „Polar“ je predstavljena kao primjer dobre prakse u razvoju digitalnog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj s obzirom na snažnu izvoznu orijentaciju.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the development of digital entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia. The need for researching this subject stems from the fact that the world is undergoing a process of digital transformation. Croatian economy and entrepreneurship have to adapt to digital transformation in an effort to strengthen its competitive position. The general goal of the paper is to present the role of digitalization in raising the competitiveness of entrepreneurial business entities. The key preconditions and goals that need to be achieved in order to ensure the successful development of digital entrepreneurship in Croatia are presented in the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Croatia until 2030. The company "Polar" is presented as an example of good practice in the development of digital entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia because of its strong export orientation.
