Further on, more importance is given to employees, their development, and satisfaction to ensure added value. Human resources stand out as one of the key activities of every company. Regarding the increase in their costs, companies need more efficient planning and measurement of human resources management activities. Activities and the importance of human resources controlling and human resources management are at the heart of the thesis. The contribution of human resources measures increases the management decision-making quality and the company's success. Accordingly, the subject of the research is the level of efficiency of human resources management practice in the selected company, and the contribution of the controlling to business performance. Instruments and activities for the implementation of controlling and performance management processes are the subject of the research, as well as the assessment of their contribution to the company. The research part consists of an indepth interview of the selected company.
