Abstract
Dinamična poslovna okolina, kao i brzorastuće tržište stavlja niz izazova pred poduzeća i njihove organizacije. Jedan od tih izazova postizanje inovativnosti. Shodno tome, svaka organizacija u svojoj strukturi mora imati vođu koji će znati motivirati i usmjeriti svoje sljedbenike da na brz, efikasan i inovativan način ostvare željene poslovne ciljeve i svojim djelovanjem unaprijede poslovanje. Povezanost kvalitetnog odnosa vođe i zaposlenika s inovativnim ponašanjem tema je kojom se ovaj diplomski rad bavi. Da bi se ostvario kvalitetan odnos potrebno je da se isti temelji na obostranom utjecaju, a sve je češće vođenje koje se temelji na reciprocitetu. Razvijanje vještina vođenja, pružanje potpore i pomoći te motiviranje ključni su za ostvarivanje poslovnih uspjeha i ciljeva. Kvalitetno vođenje dovodi do veće slobode zaposlenika koji u tom slučaju postaju kreativniji, a njihovo radno ponašanje inovativno. Postoji niz čimbenika koji stvaraju pozitivan utjecaj na inovativno radno ponašanje, a detaljnije o njima i općenito o povezanosti kvalitetnog odnosa vođe i zaposlenika s inovativnim ponašanjem slijedi u nastavku diplomskog rada.
Abstract (english)
A dynamic business environment as well as a fast-growing market poses a number of challenges to companies and their organizations. One of these challenges is innovation. Consequently, each organization must have a leader in its structure who will know how to motivate and direct its followers to quickly, efficiently and innovatively achieve the desired business goals and improve their business. The connection between the quality relationship between a leader and an employee with innovative behavior is the topic of this thesis. In order to achieve a quality relationship, it is necessary that it is based on mutual influence, and there is an increasing leadership based on reciprocity. Developing leadership skills, providing support and assistance, and motivation are key to achieving business success and goals. Quality leadership leads to greater freedom of employees who in this case become more creative, and their work behavior innovative. There are a number of factors that create a positive impact on innovative work behavior, and more details about them and in general about the relationship of quality relationship between leader and employees with innovative behavior follows in the continuation of the thesis.
