Abstract
Osnovna svrha ovog poslijediplomskog rada je prikazati važnost IT sigurnosnih elemenata u bankarstvu, načine kontrola sigurnosnih elemenata te na koji način one utječu na korisnika. Bankarski IT programi su u svakom trenutku pod velikim izvorom prijetnji. Iz tog razloga je potrebno primjenjivati IT sigurnosnu politiku kako bi se učinkovitije upravljalo poslovanjem. Važno je istaknuti da apsolutna sigurnost, bez obzira na primjeru sigurnosnih politika, ne može biti postignuta. Iz tog razloga banke i ostale organizacije moraju raditi na usvajanju sigurnosnih strategija koje će donijeti korist poslovanju. Jedna od prednosti koje donosi uvođenje novog brenda kreditne kartice je podizanje IT sigurnosnih elemenata na višu razinu, međutim uvijek postoji i rizik kako će korisnici prihvatiti nove IT sigurnosne elemente. U skladu s tehnološkim napretkom je jasno kako se metode zaštite podataka korisnika paralelno razvijaju. Sve to je važno kako bi se različite vrste usluga mogle s pouzdanošću koristiti.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this thesis is to show the importance of IT security elements in banking, ways to control security elements and how they affect the user. Banking IT programs are under great threat at all times. For this reason, it is necessary to apply an IT security policy in order to manage the business more efficiently. It is important to point out that absolute security, regardless of the example of security policies, cannot be achieved. For this reason, banks and other organizations must work to adopt security strategies that will benefit the business. One of the benefits of introducing a new credit card brand is raising IT security elements to a higher level, but there is always a risk that users will accept the new IT security elements. In line with technological advances, it is clear that user data protection methods are important. All of this is important so that different types of services can be used with confidence.
