Abstract
Nakon što poduzetnik definira ideju, vrlo je važno koje metode će koristiti kako bi doveo do njezine ostvarivosti. U ovom radu prikazano je da je poslovni plan jedan od prijeko potrebnih koraka u pretvaranju poduzetničke ideje u konkretan posao. Poslovni plan priprema posao za budućnost, ali i poduzetnika da bolje reagira na izazove koji ga čekaju. Poduzetniku nudi u jednom dokumentu sve bitne elemente poslovanja od općenitih podataka, plana menadžmenta koji određuje organizacijsku strukturu i strategije koju će koristiti, financijskih aktivnosti, marketinških planova, analiza tržišta i sve do poslovnih aktivnosti. Za poslovni plan je vrlo važno da su svi podatci istiniti i realni jer na temelju tih informacija su razrađeni svi ostali faktori. Naravno izrada poslovnog plana ne garantira poduzetniku uspjeh, ali mu omogućuje odrediti što, kako i kada želi postići.
Abstract (english)
Once the entrepreneur defines the idea, it is very important what methods he will use to bring it to fruition it’s realizability. This work shows that a business plan is one of the most necessary steps in turning an entrepreneurial idea into a concrete business. A business plan prepares a business for the future, but also o entrepreneur to respond better to the challenges that await him. The entrepreneur offers all essential business elements from general data, management plan to one document which determines the organizational structure and strategies that will be used, financial activities, marketing plans, market analysis and all the way to business activities. For a business plan it is very it is important that all the data are true and realistic, because all the others are based on this information factors. Of course, creating a business plan does not guarantee success for an entrepreneur, but it enables it determine what, how and when he wants to achieve.
