Abstract
Krajnja dostava predstavlja zadnji korak u opskrbnom lancu. Krajnja dostava ima veliki utjecaj na proces proizvodnje proizvoda i stavljanje tih proizvoda na raspolaganje kupcima jer takav proces jako ovisi o krajnjoj dostavi. Krajnja dostava dobiva na sve većoj važnosti te olakšava preuzimanje robe jer se kupcima roba dostavlja na kućnu adresu. Krajnom dostavom se nastoji kupcima dostaviti roba u što kraćem vremenskom periodu i uz što manje troškove. Prilikom dostave javljaju se brojni problemi, koji mogu biti vezani uz probleme s kupcima, dostavnom službom, te problemi vezani uz cijenu, vrijeme i mjesto isporuke. U ovom diplomskom radu putem anketnog upitnika na uzorku od 66 Web prodavaonica, ispitano je sa kakvim se problemima susreću Web prodavaonice. Rezultati ankete su prikazani grafovima, te su na kraju predložena moguća rješenja za navedene probleme.
Abstract (english)
Last mile delivery (LMD) is the last step in the supply chain. LMD has a great impact on the process of product production and making these products available to customers because such a process is highly dependent on Last mile delivery. LMD is gaining in importance and makes it easier to pick up goods because the goods are delivered to customers' home addresses. With the LMD, it strives to deliver the goods to the customers in the shortest possible time and with the lowest possible costs. During delivery, there are many problems, which can be related to problems with customers, delivery service, and problems related to price, time and place of delivery. In this paper, through a questionnaire on a sample of 66 Web stores, it was examined what problems Web stores face. The results of the survey are presented in graphs, and at the end possible solutions to these problems are proposed.
