Abstract
Svrha ovog rada je utvrditi kako upravljanje kvalitetom utječe na željeznički sustav u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prvi dio rada najprije pokriva teorijski i povijesni razvoj željeznici u Republici Hrvatskoj, zatim važnost prometnog položaja Hrvatske i specifičnosti modernog željezničkog sustava. U kojima je više rečeno o poduzećima koje posluju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske i važnosti Paneuropski koridora. U drugom dijelu rada opisano je stanje željezničkog sustava, te zatim kakvu ulogu željeznica ima u strategiji prometnog razvoja Republike Hrvatske. Zadnja točka u poglavlju dva odnosi se na usporedbu Hrvatskih željeznica sa ostatkom Europe. U predzadnoj točki provedno je istraživanje pomoću ankete, u istaživanje je uzeto 141 ispitanika, koji odgovaraju na pitanja u vezi kvalitete željeznice u Republici Hrvatskoj. Osim prikazanih rezultata i mogući ih prijedloga za napredak, u ovoj točci je obrađeno i upravljanje kontrolom kvalitete. U zadnjem dijelu rada iznesen je zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this work is to determine how quality management affects the railway system in the Republic of Croatia. The first part of the paper mainly covers the theoretical and historical development of railways in the Republic of Croatia, then the importance of Croatia's traffic situation and the specifics of the modern railway system. In which more was said about rail companies operating on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the importance of the Pan-European Corridor. In the second part of the work, the state of the railway system is described, and then what role the railway plays in the transport development strategy of the Republic of Croatia. The last point in chapter two relates to the comparison of Croatian railways with the rest of Europe. In the previous point, research was conducted using a survey, in which 141 respondents were taken, who answered questions regarding the quality of railways in the Republic of Croatia. In addition to the presented results and possible suggestions for improvement, this point also deals with quality control management. In the last part of the work, the conclusion was presented.
