Abstract
Elektronička trgovina je napredak u poslovnim modelima trgovačkih društava koji ljudima pruža bolju kvalitetu života, a ujedno je danas i najznačajniji oblik u ekonomskoj transakciji. Ona razbija tradicionalna trgovinska geografska ograničenja i vremenska ograničenja što može smanjiti transakcijske troškove za poslovanje, kao i proširiti opseg transakcija. Međutim, većina predmeta elektroničke trgovine fizički su predmeti koji zahtijevaju ekspresnu dostavu kako bi došli do potrošača. Postojeći brzi sustavi ne mogu se nositi s ekspresnom potražnjom e-trgovine, dok potrošači daju visoku razinu očekivanja od kvalitete i brzine usluge elektroničke trgovine. Ovaj diplomski rad otkriva trend ekspresne dostave i njen utjecaj na samu elektroničku trgovinu na temelju njenih teorija i koncepata. Štoviše, analizira platformu od dostave i način dostave. Uzimajući u obzir trenutačni razvoj elektroničke trgovine i industrije dostave, ovaj diplomski rad predlaže utjecaj 3D štampanja tijekom razvoja dostavne industrije.
Abstract (english)
Electronic commerce is an improvement in the business models of companies that provides people with a better quality of life, and at the same time it is the most significant form of economic transaction today. It breaks down traditional trade geographic and time constraints, which can reduce transaction costs for businesses, as well as expand the scope of transactions. However, most of electronic commerce objects are physical matters which require express delivery to reach consumers. The existing express systems are unable to cope with the express demand of e-commerce, while consumers give a high level of expectations on the quality and speed of electronic commerce products. This thesis reveals the trend of delivery and its impact on electronic commerce itself based on its theories and concepts. Moreover, it analyzes the delivery platform and delivery method. Taking into account the current development of e-commerce and the delivery industry, this thesis proposes the impact of 3D printing during the development of the delivery industry.
