The military industry of the Republic of Croatia started to develop the most during the Homeland war since that was the time when there was a great need for arming the Croatian army and its volunteers. Since then there have been made more and more investments in military equipment, and even in that time, some manufacturers began to stand out which later resulted in their recognition on a global level. By joining NATO in 2009, Croatia further increased its security and the amount of equipment, both human and material. According to the fifth article of the Washington Treaty, in the event of an attack, it receives the help of all NATO member countries, but it also has to make Croatian soldiers available, in reserve, in case the security of another member country is violated. It undertook to pay the membership fee, equip a motorized infantry battalion, and equip facilities for the needs of NATO forces, it also had to implement the reforms that were necessary for joining the Alliance. As defense security depends on the quality and safety of armed systems, NATO developed a manual that Croatia implemented primarily in the area of nutrition, which was the first reform it applied. Due to its war experience, which most member countries do not have, Croatia enjoys a certain reputation in the Alliance, and it is evident that we have one of the best manufacturers of military equipment and weapons whose qualities are highlighted in this paper.
