Abstract
The growth of the economy and the expansion of the market creates the need for additional progress and changes in corporate governance. Corporate governance has served as a foundation for building solid and long-term companies and corporations and as a guide in adapting to new markets. By implementing directives on shareholder rights, companies gain new perspectives in their transparency and establishment of reward structures and additional information that also result in building trust and common goals between managers and shareholders. The first Directive was implemented in 2007, and its updated and expanded version was implemented in commercial law in 2017 and increased the existing rights of shareholders in companies. In order to create a more profitable environment within corporations, a reward policy is very helpful, it participates in strengthening transparency and building stronger ties, and it involves shareholders in the company's work and motivates them to further participate. The remuneration policy contributed to a more open way of doing business. An increasing number of companies are adopting the structure of good corporate governance in order to attract shareholders and enable a better and more successful flow of profits.

Rast gospodarstva i širenje tržišta stvara potrebu za dodatnim napretkom i promjenama u korporativnom upravljanju. Korporativno upravljanje poslužilo je kao temelj za izgradnju čvrstih i dugoročnih tvrtki i korporacija te kao vodič u prilagodbi na nova tržišta. Provedbama direktiva o pravima dioničara, tvrtke dobivaju nove perspektive u svojoj transparentnosti i uspostavljanju strukture nagrađivanja te dodatnih informacija koje također rezultiraju u izgradnji povjerenja i zajedničkih ciljeva između rukovoditelja i dioničara. Prva Direktiva provedena je 2007 godine, a njezina ažurirana i proširena verzija implementirala se u trgovačko pravo 2017 godine te povećala dosadašnja prava dioničara u društvima. Kako bi se stvorilo profitabilnije okruženje unutar korporacija, politika nagrađivanja je od velike pomoći, sudjeluje u jačanju transparentnosti i izgradnji čvršćih veza te uključuje dioničare u rad tvrtke te ih motivira na daljnje sudjelovanje. Politika nagrađivanja pridonijela je otvorenijem načinu poslovanja. Sve veći broj tvrtki usvaja strukturu dobrog korporativnog upravljanja kako bi privukli dioničare i omogućili kvalitetniji i uspješniji tijek dobiti.
