Abstract
U sklopu analize poduzeća, financijski analitičari provode procjene vrijednosti poduzeća kako bi utvrdili poklapaju li se njihove procjene s trenutačnom cijenom na tržištu. Procjene vrijednosti mogu se provesti različitim metodama, a u ovom radu su odabrane 3 metode: metoda knjigovodstvene vrijednosti, metoda slobodnog novčanog toka i metode tržišne kapitalizacije. Primjenom tih metoda vrednovanja provedena je procjena vrijednosti poduzeća Tesla Inc. Izvor podataka rada su financijskih izvještaji Tesle od 2016. do 2020. godine na temelju kojih se rade projekcije i procjene vrijednosti. Trenutak procjene predstavlja 31.12.2020. Rezultati procjena uspoređeni su s tržišnom kapitalizacijom Tesle, koja je na spomenuti datum iznosila 658,39 milijardi dolara.
Abstract (english)
As part of company analysis, financial analysts conduct valuations of companies to determine whether their valuations match the current market price. Valuations can be done using different methods, and in this paper 3 methods have been chosen: the book value method, the free cash flow method and the market capitalization method. By applying these valuation methods, the valuation of Tesla Inc. was carried out. The source of the work's data are Tesla's financial statements from 2016 to 2020, on the basis of which projections and valuations are made. The moment of assessment is 31.12.2020. The results of the assessments were compared with the market capitalization of Tesla, which on the mentioned date amounted to 658.39 billion dollars.
