Abstract
Poslovanje svakog poduzeća prožeto je unutarnjom i vanjskom interakcijom bez koje je nemoguće ostvariti misiju, viziju i ciljeve poduzeća. Jedna od važnih poslovnih funkcija je nabavna funkcije u kontekstu upravljanja dobavljačima, a u okvirima logističkog i opskrbnog lanca organizacije. Vrednovanje, ocjena, odabir, kao i daljnja interakcija i transparentnost prema dobavljačima značajno utječe na poslovanje poduzeća u smislu mogućih smanjenja ulaznih i transportnih troškova, a time i na trošak i pravovremenost proizvodnje/prodaje, što u konačnici omogućava veću razinu poslovne profesionalnosti, pravovremenog proizvoda/usluge kupcu i povećanje prihoda. Širenje pandemije uzrokovalo je brojne kratkoročne i dugoročne posljedice na svjetsko, europsko i hrvatsko gospodarstvo. Posljedično brzom širenju virusa, brojne zemlje uvele su mjeru potpunog zaključavanja i zatvaranja državnih granica. Socijalna distanca kao obvezna mjera suzbijanja pandemije značajno je utjecala je praktički na gotovo sve gospodarske djelatnosti i socijalne aktivnosti. Istraživački zadatak u ovom radu je utvrditi koje su posljedice pandemije i kako su utjecale na hrvatska maloprodajna poduzeća široke potrošnje, te na koji način su poduzeća rješavale probleme u okvirima nabavne funkcije.
Abstract (english)
The business process of every company is consisted of internal and external interaction. Without interaction it is impossible to achieve the mission, vision and goals of the company. One of the important interactions is communication with suppliers in the context of the purchasing function, and within the framework of the organization's logistics and supply chain. Valuation, assessment, selection, as well as further interaction and transparency significantly affects the company's operations in terms of possible reductions in input and transport costs, and thus also on the cost and timeliness of production/sales, which ultimately enables a higher level of business professionalism, timely product/service to the customer and income increase. The spread of the pandemic caused numerous short-term and long-term consequences for the global, European and Croatian economy. As a result of the rapid spread of the virus, many countries introduced the measure of lockdown and closing state borders. Social distancing as a mandatory measure to combat the pandemic has significantly affected practically all economic and social activities. The research task in this paper is to determine the consequences of the pandemic and how they affected Croatian consumer retail companies, and how companies deal with problems within the framework of the purchasing function. All of these issues are given as a task in this reasearch mission.
