Abstract
Motorički razvoj važan je za svakog čovjeka jer mu on omogućuje funkcioniranje u svakodnevnom životu. Svako oštećenje fine ili grube motorike može utjecati na kvalitetu života pojedinca i na njegove mogućnosti ostvarenja. Što je motoričko oštećenje veće ili što je motorički poremećaj veći, to se osoba više suočava s ograničenjima u vlastitom ostvarenju. No, bez obzira na težinu motoričkog oštećenja, snaga volje pojedinca i njegova motiviranost mogu biti ključni čimbenici uspjeha i vlastitog ostvarenja. Upravo primjeri uspješnih ljudi koje njihova motorička oštećenja i poremećaji nisu sputali u realizaciji vlastitih ciljeva pokazuju kako je um taj koji čovjeka potiče ili ne potiče na akciju. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati utjecaj snage volje i motivacije na realizaciju vlastitih ciljeva osoba s motoričkim oštećenjima. Cilj istraživanja je dobiti uvid u osobnu motiviranost i ustrajnost kod osoba s motoričkim poremećajima u svakodnevnim aktivnostima i funkcioniranju.
Abstract (english)
Motor development is important for every man because it allows him to function in everyday life. Any damage to a fine or rough motor skills can affect an individual's quality of life and its possibilities of realization. The greater the motor impairment or the greater the motor disturbance, the more a person faces limitations in his own realization. The greater the motor impairment or the greater the motor disturbance, the more a person faces limitations in his own realization. But regardless of the severity of the motor impairment, the willpower of the individual and his motivation can be key factors of success and his own realization. It is the examples of successful people who have not been held back by their motor impairments and disorders in the realization of their own goals that show that it is the mind that encourages or does not encourage man to take action. The aim of this paper is to show the influence of willpower and motivation on the realization of their own goals of people with motor impairments. The aim of the research is to gain insight into personal motivation and perseverance in people with motor disorders in everyday activities and functioning.
