Abstract (english) Biofeedback refers to any information about the state/processes in our organism, while the biofeedback method represents computerized visual and/or auditory monitoring and measurement of certain physiological functions with the aim of their conscious control and self-regulation. The biofeedback method can increase a person's awareness of how their behaviors, emotions and thoughts can affect their physiological functions, and how they can adopt self-regulation strategies in order to support a positive psychophysical status. This type of intervention with users can be carried out by experts of different disciplines, and this research tried to examine how much the biofeedback method was applied in educational rehabilitation, more precisely, what are the attitudes and awareness of educational rehabilitators about the biofeedback method. Two hypotheses were put forward: 1) the awareness of educational rehabilitators about the biofeedback method affects the attitudes about the success of this method, and 2) the awareness and attitudes of educational rehabilitators about the biofeedback method influence the rate of its application in the field of educational rehabilitation. 37 educational rehabilitators participated in the research, and the data was collected in the period from May to September 2022. For the purposes of this research, an online questionnaire was constructed, consisting of 34 open and closed questions, divided into four groups: a) Sociodemographic data, b) Personal experience, c) Knowledge and d) Attitudes. The results are presented in the form of graphical representations and are processed through descriptive analysis. It was concluded that the average awareness of educational rehabilitators about the biofeedback method is consistent with the neutrality of attitudes towards it, which confirms one of the hypotheses. Although positive attitudes and awareness influence the expressed need for a wider rate of application of the biofeedback method, it was not achieved at the desired level due to less education and costs of purchasing biofeedback instruments, which indicates that the second hypothesis was not confirmed. Since there are some other possible reasons for the low rate of application of the biofeedback method, it is necessary to conduct additional research in order to obtain more detailed knowledge that would enable the wider application of this approach, as a complementary method, in the field of therapy, education and rehabilitation.
