Abstract
ADHD (eng. attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder) je neurorazvojni poremećaj kojega karakteriziraju razvojno atipične razine nepažnje, impulzivnosti i hiperaktivnosti, a to može utjecati na osobno, akademsko, obiteljsko, ponašajno, emocionalno, zdravstveno i socijalno funkcioniranje. Prema statističkim podacima, prevalencija ADHD-a među djecom u svijetu iznosi između 5,29% i 7,1%, a među odraslima između 1,2% i 7.3%. Većina osoba koje imaju ADHD imaju još najmanje jednu dijagnozu. Bilo koje... More stanje ili poremećaj može biti u komorbiditetu s ADHD-om, no određena stanja se pojavljuju češće od drugih. To su teškoće učenja, depresija, anksioznost, konduktivni poremećaj, opozicijsko-protestno ponašanje, tikovi i Tourettov sindrom, poremećaji hranjenja, poremećaji spavanja. U okviru ovog diplomskog rada ispitan je komorbiditet kod djece i mladih s dijagnozom ADHD-a koji dolaze u Centar za rehabilitaciju Edukacijsko-rehabilitacijskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Uvidom u nalaze djece i mladih istraženo je imaju li dodatne dijagnoze, ako imaju, koje su i koliko ih je. Podaci dobiveni pomoću nalaza su kvantitativno statistički obrađeni u programu SPSS. Rezultati pokazuju da su najčešće dodatne dijagnoze teškoće vizualno-motoričke koordinacije, govorno-jezične teškoće, darovitost i teškoće čitanja. Osim toga, učinjena je obrada podataka s obzirom na spol kako bi se utvrdilo ima li razlike u tipu ADHD-a, dobi dobivanja dijagnoze i vrsti dodatnih dijagnoza između dječaka i djevojčica. U dodatnim dijagnozama statistički značajno razlikuju se u sljedećim dijagnozama: darovitost, govorno-jezične teškoće i motorički poremećaji. Prosječna dob dobivanja dijagnoze kod oba spola je oko 10 godina. Najčešći tip ADHD-a i kod dječaka i kod djevojčica je kombinirani tip. Abstract (english)
ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by developmentally inappropriate levels of inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity and that affects personal, academic, family, behaviour, emotional, health and social functioning. According to statistic data, prevalence among children in the world goes from 5,29% up to 7,1% and among adults it is between 1,2% and 7,3%. ADHD can have any condition or disorder as its comorbidity but certain conditions appear more often than others. Those are learning difficulties, depression, anxiety, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, tic disorder and Tourette syndrome, eating disorder, sleeping disorder. This graduation thesis examined comorbidity of ADHD among children and adolescents who came to Centre for rehabilitation of Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences of University of Zagreb. Through reading assessment reports of children and adolescents it was examined whether they have additional diagnosis, if so, what are they and how many are there. Obtained data was quantitatively statistically processed in SPSS programme. Besides, data was processed considering gender in order to determine if there is a difference between girls and boys in ADHD type, age of diagnosing ADHD and type of additional diagnosis. Boys and girls are significantly different in following diagnosis: giftedness, speech and language impairments and motor disorders. Average age of being diagnosed with ADHD is 10.
