naglasak na provedbu senzorno-integrativnog programa poticanja pravilnih prehrambenih navika djeteta s neurorizikom u prirodnom okruženju djeteta, umjesto provedbe programa senzorno-integrativnog poticanja na tjednoj bazi u specijaliziranoj ustanovi, (4) osnažiti suradnju edukacijskih rehabilitatora i roditelja djece s neurorizikom u svrhu pružanja optimalne podrške roditeljima tijekom njihovog uključivanja u provedbu senzorno-integrativnog programa poticanja pravilnih prehrambenih navika i primjene učinkovitih strategija s ciljem motiviranja djeteta na usvajanje pravilnih prehrambenih navika tijekom obroka.
Abstract (english) The aim of this research is to create, implement and evaluate an individualized program for sensory integrative stimulation on aimed sensory areas (vestibular, proprioceptive and tactile sensory area) to stimulate healthy eating habits in a child with neurorisk, who also has sensory integration disorder and eating disorder.
Quantitative research methods were the starting point for the development and evaluation of the programme. Quantitative methods, which were used, were System for assessment of sensory integration dysfunction, Viola, 2002, (translation and adaptation Fulgosi-Masnjak et al. 2004). Qualitative and quantitative data were collected from the parent' questionnaire about child's healthy eating habits, which was designed for the needs of this research. Qualitative data were collected from methods video-records analysis and diary, that mother was writing during the program.
The results obtained by quantitative and qualitative methods indicated progress in sensory processing on aimed sensory adresa and reducing the frequency of maladaptive behaviors during meals in child with neurorisk. Thus confirmed the hypothesis H1, which was to prove that individualized educational and rehabilitational programme for sensory integrative stimulation will contribute to stimulation of healthy eating habits in a child with neurorisk.
The success of the program is visible in a successful cooperation with parents. Thus confirmed the hypothesis H2, which was to prove that the active involvement of parents in the implementation of educational and rehabilitational program for sensory integrative stimulation of healthy eating habits will contribute to the improvement of their understanding the importance of implementation of these activities in the child's daily routine.
The following guidelines emerge from this research: (1) understand the role of sensory integration and early experience in stimulation of healthy eating habits in child with neurorisk; (2) understand the role of educational rehabilitational expert as part of the multidisciplinary team in creating, implementing and evaluationg sensory integrative program to stimulate healthy eating habits in child with neurorisk; (3) implementing a program of sensory integrative stimulation of healthy eating habits in a child with neurorisk in the natural child's environment, in contrast to stimulation of sensory integration on a weekly basis in a specialized institution, (4) strengthening the cooperation between educational and rehabilitational experts and parents of the child with neurorisk in order to
provide optimal support during the parents' involvement in the implementation of an program of sensory integrative stimulation of healthy eating habits and implementation effective strategies to motivate the child to develop healthy eating habits during meals.
