Abstract
Elektromotori bez frekvencijskih pretvarača nemaju gotovo nikakvih funkcija osim da se mogu uključiti i isključiti. Teško je kontrolirati brzinu elektromotora za određene načine rada. Treba se dobro analizirati da se mogu postaviti uvjeti po kojima će elektromotor raditi. Potrebno je imati dobru teorijsku podlogu o elektromotrima kao i o samim frekvencijskim pretvaračima. U završnom radu koristio se frekvencijski pretvarač Siemens Sinamics G120C. Priprema je bila potrebna, trajala je par mjeseci i sastojala se od učenja o elektromotorima i frekvencijskim pretvaračima. Nakon toga bilo je potrebno doći u firmu TEO – Belišće i uz njihovu pomoć postepeno parametrirati. Specifikacije elektromotora su prvo unesene u program te nakon toga je omogućeno paljenje i gašenje elektromotora. Također je omogućeno i postepeno paljenje (10 sekundi) i gašenje. Potrebno je bilo i omogućiti sigurnosno zaustavljanje. Završeno je parametriranje i bilo je potrebno vidjeti u praksi gdje se može koristiti s dodatnim funkcijama. Primjer koji je pokazan u firmi je stroj koji testira svojstva zemlje na kojoj će se praviti građevina.
Abstract (english)
Electric motors without frequency converters have almost no additional features except being able to be turned on and off. Electric motors are not easy to be operated with within certain modes of operation. Preset conditions are to be set up upon the conduction of a thorough analysis. A core thing is to have sound theoretical background about electric motors and frequency dividers. For the purpose of this paper, Siemens Sinamics G120C was used. Preparations were necessary; they lasted for a few months and consisted of learning about electric motors and frequency dividers. The next step was to come to company TEO – Belišće and sequentially parameterize with their assistance. Entering the specifications of an electric motor in the program, ignition and extinguishing were enabled. Gradual ignition and extinguishing (10 seconds) were also enabled. Furthermore, providing a safety stop was of utmost importance. Parameterizing was finished and it was necessary to see where a frequency divider can be used with some additional functions. The example shown in the company was a machine which test properties of earth where a construction will be built.
