Abstract
Diplomski rad podijeljen je u dvije cjeline. Prva cjelina sadrži teoriju o računalnim mrežama, podjelu, OSI referentni model, protokoli i sigurnost računalnih mreža. U drugoj cjelini opisan je postupak penetracijskog testiranja i primjena pojedinih alata iz Kali Linux distribucije. U zaključku su istaknute smjernice i preporuke za povećanje razine mrežne sigurnosti.
Abstract (english)
Masters thesis is divided into two units. The first unit contains the theory of computer networks, types, OSI reference model, protocols and computer network security. The second unit describes the procedure of penetration testing and application of some tools from Kali Linux distribution. In conclusion, the guidelines and recommendations for incrasing the level of network security are outlined.
