Abstract
Diplomski rad opisuje VoIP tehnologiju te kratak pregled povijesti i razvoja VoIP tehnologije. Također opisuje VoIP protokole: SIP, H.323, RTP i MGCP. Analizira prednosti i nedostatke VoIP-a u odnosu na korištenje postojeće PSTN infrastrukturu. Također sadrži detaljni primjer takvog projekta. Ključno poglavlje diplomskog rada je tehnički opis projekta, kroz koji se moguće susresti sa svim problemima s kojima se projektant jedne takve mreže u realnim uvjetima susreće, uz naglasak da će velik... More broj poslovnih objekata već imati neku postojeću mrežnu infrastrukturu koju također treba uzeti u obzir. Brojčano je definirana oprema potrebna za ispunjavanje zahtjeva koji su postavljeni pred osobu koja vodi projekt, strukturno kabliranje uz detaljan prikaz komunikacijskih ormara. Uz pretpostavku da tvrtka ima krovni ugovor sa zastupnikom Unify, obrađena je komunikacijska platforma te tvrtke OpenScape 4000 i popratna oprema. Tlocrt zgrade i nacrt vodova izrađeni su u programskom alatu AutoCAD, komunikacijski ormari su dizajnirani pomoću programskog alata Microsoft Visio. Less
Abstract (english)
This diploma paper describes VoIP technology and its history and development. It also describes VoIP protocols: SIP, H.323, RTP and MGCP. It analyzes VoIP's positive and negative sides compared to using existing PSTN infrastructure. It also includes one detailed example of network planning project. The key chapter is project's technical description, through which all the possible problems with planning can be understood for a design engineer in real conditions. The emphasis is placed mostly... More on business buildings that already have some existing network infrastructure which should be considered. Equipment needed in project for completing customer's demands is defined and numbered, structured cabling and detailed view of communication closets are also shown. Assuming that company is contracted to Unify as a representative, Unify communication platform OpenScape 4000 and terminals are also described. Building layout and cables are drawn in AutoCAD tool, and communicaton closets designed in Microsoft Visio tool. Less
