Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je regulacija temperature u industrijskoj kotlovnici pomoću Simatic 1500 komaktnog PID regulatora. Na samom početku opisana je kotlovnica te izvršni i mjerni članovi te je dan uvid u strojarsku shemu kao i fotografije. U nastavku je proces opisan matematičkim jednadžbama kako bi se dobio model procesa. Detaljno je opisan rad u TIA Portalu od vrsta programskih jezika pa sve do postavljanja bloka PID Compact pomoću kojeg je regulirana temperatura. Parametri PID regulatora određeni su na tri načina, prvi je bio pomoću matematičkog modela procesa, drugi je bio neka od iskustvenih metoda dok je treći bio samopodešenje koji je jedna od opcija u TIA Portalu. U konačnici, provedena je simulacija u programskom paketu, a isto tako je izvršeno mjerenje u kotlovnici te su uspoređeni rezultati.
Abstract (english)
This masters thesis looks into temperature control in industrial boiler room by applying Simatic 1500 compact PID controller. In the first part of this thesis both industrial boiler room and executive and measuring members are described and insight is given into mechanical engineering scheme as well as photographs. Furthermore, precess is described by mathematical equations in order to get model of the process. Working in a program is meticulously described starting with types of programming languages and all up to setting PID Compact block which is used to control temperature. Parameters of PID controller are determined by three ways. The first one has been by mathematical model of the process, the second one was an empirical method and the third one was autotuning which is one of the options listed in TIA Portal. Finally, simulation has been made and also measurement inside industrial boiler room has been done and results were then compared.
