Abstract
Regulacija protutlačne turbine sa oduzimanjem pare za kućanstvo temeljena je na ABBovim kontrolerima AC45 i PLC AC160. Sustav 800xA u sebi objedinjuje vizualizaciju (HMI) i upravljanje kontrolerima. Sustav se sastoji od više struktura od kojih su najhitnije: funkcijska, kontrolna, objektna, grafička. Kako bi se mogla izgraditi aplikacija za Advant kontrolere potreban je software Aplication Builder unutar njega se izrađuje aplikacija tj. baza signala i logika koja se nakon izrade instalira u kontrolere. Sustav 800xA ima mogućnost virtualizacije čime je smanjen broj hardvera. Regulacija je sastavljena od 4 sekvence: pomoćna sekvenca, sekvenca za zagrijavanje, pokretanje turbine i sinkronizacija na mrežu. Glavna regulacija se temelji na 4 regulatora koja preko minimum selektora reguliranju otvorenost VT (visoko tlačnog) ventila, jedan regulator za brzinu i jedan regulator za oduzimanje pare za potrebe za toplinskom energijom. Izlazi pojedinih regulatora vidljivi su na trend displeju. I na samome kraju prikazano je vizualizacijsko sučelje koje je izrađeno na osnovu dijagrama (P&ID) i opisa procesa.
Abstract (english)
The regulation of back-pressure turbine with extraction is based on ABB's AC45 and AC160 controllers. The 800xA system incorporates visualization (HMI) and control of controllers. The system consists of several structures of which the most important are: functional, controlled, object, graphic structure.In order to build an application for Advant controllers, the application software Aplication Builder needed to build an application, the database and logic base, which is installed in controllers after the creation. The 800xA system has virtualization capability, which reduces the number of hardware. The regulation consists of 4 sequences: auxiliary sequence, heating sequence, turbine start and network synchronization. The main regulator is based on 4 controllers which over a minimum of regulators selectively regulate the 86 HP (high pressure) valve, one speed regulator and one heat sealing regulator for heat energy needs. The outputs of some regulators are visible on the trend display. And at the end, a visualization interface was developed based on the piping and instrumentation diagram (P & ID) and description of the process.
