Abstract
Računarstvo u oblaku jedna je od usluga koja je zabilježila iznimno velik rast u području informacijske tehnologije posljednjih godina. Zasniva se na principu da korisnik za svoje poslovanje iznajmljuje računalne resurse od pružatelja usluge umjesto da ih kupuje. Korisnik ovisno o svojim potrebama može unajmiti jedan od tri osnovna modela: infrastrukturu kao uslugu (IaaS), platformu kao uslugu (PaaS) ili softver kao uslugu (SaaS). Prednost korištenja ovih usluga je to što korisnik plaća onoliko koliko resursa koristi. Tehno-ekonomska analiza omogućuje korisniku da pomoću raznih parametara koji utječu na potrošnju odluči isplati li mu se više iznajmiti usluge u oblaku ili kupiti vlastite resurse. Računarstvo u oblaku donosi mnoge prednosti start-up tvrtkama jer ne moraju graditi internu IT (information technology) infrastrukturu
Abstract (english)
Cloud computing is one of the services which recorded a tremendous growth in the field of information technology in the recent years. It is based on the principle that the user rents computing resources from the service provider instead of buying them. User depending on his needs can rent one of the three basic models: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Software as a Service (SaaS). The advantage of this kind of service is the fact that user pays only resources that he uses. Techno-economic analysis allows the user to use a variety of parameters that affect the cost which helps him to choose whether to buy his own resources or to use cloud services.
