Abstract
Praktični dio rada zasniva se na provedbi i implementaciji mjera energetske učinkovitosti. Kako bi se dobio uvid u važnost provedbe energetskog pregleda i same energetske obnove dana su trenutna stanja potrošnje u RH te važeći pravilnici odnosno direktive. Opisan je postupak energetskog pregleda po zasebnim segmentima. Nakon poduzimanja mjera energetske učinkovitosti promatrana je svaka mjera zasebno te donesen zaključak kako je obnova vanjske ovojnice ETICS sustavom najisplativija. Također, pozornost se obratila na energetski certifikat koji je direktni pokazatelj prijašnjeg i sadašnjeg stanja objekta i ujedno njegovog energetskog razreda. Isplativost je dobivena pomoću jednostavnog povratnog perioda za koji se pokazalo da nije najbolji financijski pokazatelj te ga se usporedilo s neto sadašnjom vrijednošću. Pri definiranju razlika opisani su i ostali financijski pokazatelji.
Abstract (english)
The practical part of the work is based on the implementation and implementation of energy efficiency measures. In order to gain insight into the importance of the implementation of the energy review and the energy renewal itself, the current state of consumption in the Republic of Croatia and the current regulations or directives are given. The energy review process is described by separate segments. After taking measures of energy efficiency, each measure was observed separately and the conclusion was reached that restoring the outer sheath with the ETICS system is the most cost-effective. Also, attention was drawn to the energy certificate which is a direct indicator of the former and present state of the object and its energy grade. Profitability was obtained by a simple return period which proved to be not the best financial indicator and compared to the net present value. Other financial indicators are also described in defining the differences.
