Abstract
U svijetu postoji ogroman potencijal za iskorištavanje energije valova i morskih struja. U skladu s time u posljednje vrijeme se pojavljuje sve više novih tehnologija za iskorištavanje te energije. U diplomskom radu je prikazana podjela tehnologija za iskorištavanje energije valova, te energije plime i oseke. Za svaki tip pojedine tehnologije je navedeno jedan ili više primjera. Na kraju je izvršena usporedba uĉinkovitosti razliĉitih tipova tehnologija valnih pretvaraĉa
Abstract (english)
Worldwide, there is enormous potential for extraction of wave energy and sea currents energy. According to that, more and more new technologies are develop in recent times to exploit this energy. In this paper is presented the division of technology for energy utilization of the wave and the energy of tides. For each part of particular technology one or more examples are mentioned. In the end, a comparison of the efficiency of different types of wave converters was performed.
