Abstract
Cilj rada je analizirati performanse rada tri fotonaponska modula različitih tehnologija na temelju mjerenja prikupljenih u vremenskom periodu od jedne godine prema IEC 61724-3 normi. Mjerenja su prikupljena u laboratoriju obnovljivih izvora energije koji se nalazi na Fakultetu elektrotehnike, računalstva i informacijskih tehnologija u Osijeku. Moduli se razlikuju prema tehnologiji izrade, a to su monokristalni silicij, polikristalni silicij i visokoučinkoviti silicij (HIT). Prikupljeni podaci su obrađeni i prikazani u obliku dijagrama. Prema normi izračunati su faktori PR (performance ratio) i CP (capacity factor) koji su također prikazani dijagramima. Tehnologije su međusobno uspoređene (prednosti, mane, proizvedena električna energija, cijena itd). U završnom dijelu rada obavljena je empirijska analiza mjernih podataka. U njoj su prikazane različite međusobne ovisnosti električnih, temperaturnih i meteoroloških parametara te njihov međusobni utjecaj u obliku dijagrama. Na osnovu dijagrama izvučeni su matematički modeli učinkovitosti u ovisnosti o temperaturi modula.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this paper is to analyze the performance of three photovoltaic modules made of different technologies based on measurements collected over a period of one year according to IEC 61724-3 standard. The measurements were collected in the the Laboratory for Renewable Energy Sources of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology in Osijek. The modules differ by the technology type, that is monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon and high performance silicon (HIT). Collected data is processed and displayed in the form of a diagrams. According to the IEC 61724-3 standard, the PR ratio (performance ratio) and CP (capacity factor) of each photovoltaic technology (module) is calculated which are also shown in diagrams. Furthermore, technologies are compared with each other (advantages, disadvantages, electricity producduction, price, etc.). In the final part of the paper and empirical analysis of the measurements is conducted. Empirical analysis compared different relations of electrical, temperature and meteorological parameters and their mutual influence in the form of diagrams. Mathematical model of the efficiency in relation with the module temperature is formed based on empirical analysis diagrams.
