Abstract	U ovom radu izrađena je aplikacija za operacijski sustav Android koja ovisno o geografskoj lokaciji fotonaponske elektrane i klimatoloških podataka računa mjesečne podatke o temperaturi fotonaponske ćelije, optimalnoga kuta postavljanja fotonaponskih panela, proizvodnji električne energije za vrijeme naoblake, te ukupnoj mjesečnoj i godišnjoj proizvodnji električne energije. Aplikacija pomoću baze podataka i formula računa navedene podatke s vrlo visokom točnošću samo za područje Republike Hrvatske. Aplikacija PPPC uz to što predviđa proizvodnju električne energije nudi korisniku i sadržaj za dodatnu edukaciju o fotonaponskim sustavima. Aplikacija se odlikuje jednostavnim dizajnom te je u potpunosti prilagođena korisniku i koristi toast poruke kako bi korisnika uvijek usmjerila na pravi put. Za rad aplikacije potreban je samo Internet. Baza podataka koju koristi aplikacija, nalazi se na internetu te ju administrator može lako nadopunjavati po želji. Podaci o geografskoj lokaciji mogu se dobiti putem GPS-a, Google mapa ili ih možemo unijeti osobno. Osobnim unosom ili unosom zemljopisnih podataka putem Google mapa možemo provjeriti tražene podatke za bilo koje mjesto u Republici Hrvatskoj, dok pritiskom na GPS gumb provjeravamo tražene podatke za lokaciju na kojoj se korisnik nalazi.
Abstract (english)	The result of this work is an application for the Android operating system which, depending on the geographical location of the photovoltaic power plants and climatological data counts monthly informations like: cell temperature, optimal angle, electricity production during cloudiness and monthly and annual electricity production. Application uses the database and calculates the specified data with very high accuracy only for the Republic of Croatia. PPPC application except of giving users the ability to predict the electricity production of photovoltaic power plant, gives user additional content for more education about photovoltaic systems . Aplication is very simple designed and user frendly , aplication uses toast messages to help and navigate user through aplication . The application needs only internet for working. Aplication database is on Internet, and administrator can easily makes updates. Geographical location data can be obtained via GPS, Google maps or they can be entered by hand. Handwritten input or Google maps input of geographic data can verify the information required for any place in the Republic of Croatia, while pressing the GPS button we are check the information required for the location where the user is located.
