Abstract
Kroz ovaj završni rad je obrađena problematika korištenja socijalnih mreža unutar tvrtke ili korporacije. Tema je obrađena kroz pet glavnih poglavlja uz zaključak. Prvo smo kroz uvod definirali nekakve važnosti socijalnih mreža i za što se one koristi, te naveli nekoliko njih koje ćemo kao primjer analizirati kroz ovaj rad. Zatim smo u poglavlju socijalne mreže objasnili što su to socijalne mreže i detaljnije se sveli na socijalne mreže zatvorenog tipa koje su prigodnije za potrebe tvrtke ili korporacije. U poglavlju suvremeno poslovanje smo objasnili osnove današnjeg poslovnog svijeta i principa na koji on funkcionira. Ovaj dio je potrebno znati kako bi bolje mogli odabrati koju to socijalnu mrežu koristiti za određene potrebe svake tvrtke ili kompanije. U poglavlju primjena socijalnih mreža smo naveli same mogućnosti socijalnih mreža te kroz jedan ilustrativan primjer prikazali za što se većinom koriste socijalne mreže u poslovnom svijetu. Također smo pobolje objasnili pet različitih socijalnih mreža koje se koriste u poslovanju, a one su: Yammer, SharePoint, Chatter, Slack i IBM Connections. Na kraju samoga rada naveo sam svoj zaključak o ovoj temi i iznio nekakva vlastita mišljenja.
Abstract (english)
Through the theme of this paper we define the role of social networks in a modern business world. The topic was elaborated through the five major chapters with a conclusion. Firstly, through the introduction, we define some of the importance of using social networks and what they are used for in business, and provide several of them which we will analyze through this paper. Then, in the next chapter on Social Networks, we define what social networks are and go into further detail about closed-type social networks and the appropriate use of them in a company setting. In the chapter about Modern Business we explain the basics of modern day business world and the principles on which it operates. This section is required as it is needed to know which social network a company needs to use to benefit itself. In the chapter of Social Networking, we list the possible uses of social networks and through the use of an illustrative example we show what most social networks are used for in the business world. We also explain the five different social networks used in business, which are: Yammer, SharePoint, Chatter, Slack and IBM Connections. At the end of this paper, I draw my own conclusion and share my thoughts and opinions on the matter.
