Abstract
Tema ovoga Završnog rada je „Laserski CNC“. U uvodnom se dijelu rada općenito govori o numeričkim strojevima s laserskim rezačem, a posebna pozornost se posvećuje karakteristikama laserskog CNC-a. U glavnom dijelu rada, na temelju stručne literature i internetskih izvora, detaljno se razrađuje upravljanje sustavom CNC-a na primjeru Grbl algoritma upravljanja, strojno upravljačkog jezika G-kod i računalne aplikacije za upravljanje LaserGRBL. Posebna se pozornost posvećuje primjeni ovih spoznaja u poglavlju „Realizacija sustava laserskog CNC-a“, u kojem se prikazuje pristup izradi laserskog CNC kao praktičnog dijela završnog rada. U navedenom poglavlju su opisane komponente stroja. U završnom dijelu rada prikazuje se postupak izrade ali i postojeći praktični problemi i poteškoće te načini i prilagodbe koje je trebalo primijeniti kako bi se te poteškoće nadišle i kako bi se postigao konačni cilj – izrada uređaja koji može imati mnogostruku praktičnu primjenu.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this Final Paper is „The Laser CNC“. In introductory part, computer numerical control laser machines are discussed generally. Special attention is dedicated to specific technological features of the laser CNC. In the main part of the paper, based on most recent specialized references and internet sources, the elaborates regulation of the CNC system from different points of view, especially on the example of the G-code approach. Special attention is paid to implementation of the acquired insights in the matter within the chapter titled „Realization of the laser CNC system“, in which the creation and production of the laser CNC is presented as practical part of the Final Paper.
