Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se isključivo ispitivanjem niskonaponskih rastalnih uložaka veličine D II. U prvom dijelu definiran je razvoj osigurača kroz povijest, gdje se naglašavaju Siemensovi modeli koji su odigrali veliku ulogu u njihovom razvoju i tipovi najbrojnijih osigurača koji se upotrebljavaju u praksi. Zatim se definiraju tehničke značajke osigurača, kao što je M efekt koji je imao značajan utjecaj u razvoju osigurača. Također, dane su norme koje su neophodne pri korištenju osigurača i strujno-vremenska karakteristika. Nakon stečenih znanja o osiguračima definira se posutpak mjerenja, koji se temelji na strujno-vremenskoj karakteristici, s koje se na osnovu proizvoljno odabranih struja određuje očekivano vrijeme reagiranja osigurača. Detaljno je opisana oprema kojom se izvodi ispitivanje niskonaponskih rastalnih osigurača veličine D II. Glavno poglavlje rada opisuje kako se vrši laboratorijsko ispitivanje osigurača, korak po korak, a nakon završetka ispitivanja dobivaju se stvarna vremena reagiranja osigurača. Analizu predstavlja usporedba stvarnog i očekivanog vremena reagiranja osigurača. Pomoću programskoga paketa MATLAB uspoređuju se vremena i crtaju se grafovi. Na osnovu analize daje se zaključak na temu rada.
Abstract (english)
This final paper exclusively deals with testing of low-voltage D II size cartridges. The first section defines the development of fuses throughout history, with particular emphasis on Siemens models that have played a major role in their development and the types of fuses most commonly used in practice. Then the technical characteristics of the fuse are defined, such as the M effect, which had a significant influence in the development of the fuse system.Furthermore, the fuse standards which are necessary for their usage are described and the time-current characteristics. After acquiring knowledge about fuses, defining the measuremenet process, which is based on time-current characteristics, from which the expected response time of the fuse is determined on the basis of arbitrarily selected currents. The equipment that will test low-voltage fuses of size D II is described in detail. The main section of the final paper describes how to make a measurment, step by step, and after completion of the test, real fuse response time are obtained. The analysis is a comparison of the real and expected fuse response time. MATLAB software compares times and draws graphs. Based on the analysis, a conclusion is drawn on the topic of the paper.
