Abstract
Ovaj završni rad bavi se modeliranjem i programskim ostvarenjem mobilne Android aplikacije za praćenje pacijenata s bolestima štitnjače na temelju statističkih postupaka analize. Cilj aplikacije je na temelju odabranih simtpoma korisniku prikazati koja je vjerojatnost da ima neku od bolesti štitnjače, a bolesti koje se proučavaju u ovome radu su hipotireoza, hipertireoza, rak štitnjače, čvorići štitnjače, Gravesova bolest, tireoiditis i guša. Također, aplikacija pruža korisniku uvid u prethodni unos simptoma što mu omogućuje praćenje razvoja bolesti. Aplikacija se sastoji od informativnog dijela i analitičkog dijela, a kroz rad je prikazan model aplikacije te razvoj i programsko rješenje. Za procjenu rizika korištena je logistička regresija. Prilikom ispitivanja rada aplikacije na odgovarajućim ulaznim podacima, utvrđeno je da aplikacija daje vjerodostojnu procjenu rizika obolijevanja od bolesti štitnjače, ali svakako ne može zamijeniti mišljenje liječnika.
Abstract (english)
This final paper deals with the modeling and software implementation of mobile applications for Android for monitoring of patients with thyroid disease based on statistical analysis procedures. The aim of the application is to show the user the probability of having one of the thyroid diseases based on the selected symptoms, and the diseases studied in this paper are hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid cancer, thyroid nodules, Graves' disease, thyroiditis and goitre. The application also provides the user with an insight into the previous input of symptoms, which allows him to monitor the development of the disease. The application consists of an informative and analytical part, and the paper presents an application model, development, and software solution. Logistic regression was used for risk assessment. During examining the operation of the application on the appropriate input data, it was found that the application provides a credible assessment of the risk of thyroid disease, but certainly cannot replace the opinion of a doctor.
