Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu dan je kratki uvid u način rada sinkronog motora, frekvencijskog pretvarača, PLC-a te komunikacije između tih uređaja. Objašnjen je postupak konfiguriranja, povezivanja i puštanja u pogon sinkronog motora s permanentnim magnetima. Korišteni su programski paketi STARTER i TIA portal. U STARTER-u je objašnjeno i prikazano kako pustiti u pogon sinkroni motor, dodati skriptu za kreiranje GSD datoteke te kako postaviti komunikacijske telegrame. U TIA portalu prikazano je dodavanje GSD datoteke kreirane iz projekta u STARTER-u, programiranje i pisanje koda za automatsko upravljanje pogonom te uspostava komunikacije između svih dijelova laboratorijskog postava. Naposlijetku su prikazani rezultati mjerenja odziva pozicije i brzine vrtnje sinkronog motora upravljanog PLC uređajem.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis gives a brief insight into the mode of operation of a synchronous motor, frequency converter, PLC, as well as communication between these devices. The process of configuring, connecting and commissioning a synchronous motor with permanent magnets is clarified. For this paper STARTER and TIA portal software packages were used. STARTER explains and shows how to drive a synchronous motor, add a script to create a GSD file and how to set up communication telegrams. The TIA portal shows the addition of a GSD file created from a project in STARTER, programming and writing of the automatic drive control code, and the establishment of communication between all parts of the laboratory setup. Finally, the work presents the results of the measurement of the position response and the rotation speed of the synchronous motor operated by the PLC device.
