Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio istražiti sve postupke vezane za uređaje procesne instrumentacije. Bilo je potrebno naći informacije o odabiru i nabavi instrumentacije, instalaciji i održavanju instrumentacije te troškovima uređaja procesne instrumentacije. Za troškove uređaja procesne instrumentacije bilo je potrebno napraviti procjenu troškova na primjeru nekog uređaja. Za taj primjer pomoć su pružili zaposlenici tvrtke Endress+Hauser. Za primjer na kojem će se napraviti procjena troškova bilo je potrebno na alatu na stranici Endress+Hauser ispuniti tražene parametre te je alat na temelju tih parametara preporučio elektromagnetsko mjerilo protoka Proline Promag W400. Postupci instalacije su prikazani na četiri primjera.Postupci održavanja su prikazani na tri vrste održavanja koje se inače koriste u postrojenjima te na umjeravanju koje se provodi na uređajima procesne instrumentacije kako bi se povećala točnost te kvaliteta.
Abstract (english)
Goal of this final paper was to make a research on all procedures linked to process instrumentation. It was required to find the information about selecting and acquiring the instrumentation, installation and maintenance of the instrumentation and costs of devices of process instrumentation. Regarding the costs of devices of process instrumentation, it was required to make a cost assessment using a device for example. For that example assistance was provided by employees of the company Endress+Hauser.For the example that was used to make costs assessment, it was required to fill in the required parameters using a tool on Endress+Hauser website, based on those parameters tool recommended electromagnetic flowmeter Proline Promag W400. Installation procedures are presented in four examples. Maintenance procedures are presented on three types of maintenance that are usually used in facilities, and on calibration that is being conducted on process instrumentation devices to increase accuracy and quality.
