Abstract
U ovom radu pojašnjene su aplikacije, uređaji i razna pomagala koja se koriste pri praćenju zdravlja. Pobliže je objašnjen njihov utjecaj na zdravlje i kondiciju korisnika, pozitivni i negativni aspekti korištenja te cijena ili besplatno korištenje. Obavljena je anketa koja pruža detaljniji uvid čitatelju u stvarnu sliku korištenja pomagala pri praćenju kondicije i zdravlja.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the applicatiaons, devices and various aids use din health monitoring. Their impact on health and condition of users, the positive and negative aspects of use, and the price or free use are explained more in detail. A survey was conducted that provides the reader with more detailed insight into the real picture of the use of aids in monitoring fitness and health.
