Abstract
U radu je napravljen pregled zakona i pravilnika o energetskom certificiranju i energetskom pregledu u zgradarstvu. Praktični dio rada opisuje detaljni postupak energetskog pregleda koji uključuje: određivanje građevinskih svojstava obiteljske kuće, pregled cjelokupne vanjske stolarije, analizu svih električnih trošila i pregled strojarskih sustava prisutnih u kući. Prikazan je postupak izrade energetskog certifikata uz programsku podršku Thorium A+ gdje je izračunata specifična godišnja potreba energije za grijanje i potrebna specifična godišnja primarna energija pomoću algoritma prema normi HRN EN ISO 13790. Energetski pregled i energetski certifikat izrađeni su na stvarnom primjeru obiteljske kuće u okolici Osijeka. Napravljena je analiza osjetljivosti energetskog razreda prema debljini ekspandiranog polistirena, za debljine od 5 do 20 cm. Također je izvršena analiza utjecaja na energetski razred za sustave fotonaponskih elektrana snage od 1,2 do 6 kW te utjecaj dizalice topline u kombinaciji s fotonaponskim elektranama snage od 3 do 9 kW. Predložene su mjere energetske učinkovitosti za obiteljsku kuću i napravljena je financijska analiza svih predloženih mjera.
Abstract (english)
The paper reviews the laws and regulations on energy certification and energy audit in buildings. The practical part of the paper describes a detailed energy inspection procedure which includes: determining the construction properties of the family house, inspection of the entire exterior carpentry, analysis of all electrical appliances and inspection of mechanical systems present in the house. The procedure of making an energy certificate with Thorium A + software is presented, where the specific annual energy demand for heating and the required specific annual primary energy are calculated using an algorithm according to HRN EN ISO 13790. Energy. The energy audit and energy certificate were made on a real example of a family house in the vicinity of Osijek. An analysis of the sensitivity of the energy class to the thickness of expanded polystyrene was made, for thicknesses from 5 to 20 cm. The analysis of the impact on the energy class for the systems of photovoltaic power plants from 1.2 to 6 kW and the impact of the heat pump in combination with photovoltaic power plants from 3 to 9 kW was also performed. Energy efficiency measures for a family house have been proposed and a financial analysis of all proposed measures has been made.
