Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je primjena funkcionalne keramike u elektrotehnici. U uvodu su opisani sami početci pojave keramike pa sve do današnje tehnologije. Drugo poglavlje bazirano je na podjelu keramike. U trećem poglavlju se govori o strukturi keramičkih materijala te o vrstama veze među atomima, zatim o fizikalnim svojstvima keramike, te o postupcima proizvodnje keramičkih materijala. U četvrtom poglavlju objašnjena je primjena funkcionalne keramike u elektrotehnici na pet primjera. U prvom primjeru objašnjeni su keramički izolatori, poluvodiči i supravodiči. U drugom primjeru objašnjeno je što su to keramički ionski vodiči. U trećem primjeru stavljen je naglasak na optičku keramiku, te njezinu primjenu u elektrotehnici. U četvrtom primjeru opisani su keramički dielektrični materijali koji se koristi za izradu i proizvodnju različitih tipova kondenzatora. U zadnjem primjeru objašnjen je piezoelektrični efekt, zbog čega je vrlo koristan, gdje se koriste piezoelektrični materijali, najvažnije vrste piezokeramike te piezokeramičke strukture i komponente.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the thesis is the application of functional ceramics in electrical engineering. The introduction describes the very beginnings of the appearance of ceramics all the way to today's technology. The second chapter is based on the division of ceramics. The third chapter discusses the structure of ceramic materials and the types of bond among the atoms, the physical properties of ceramic as well as production methods of ceramic materials. The fourth chapter represents a review of application of functional ceramics in electrical engineering through five examples. Ceramic insulators, semicondzctors and superconductors are clarified in the first example. Ceramic ionic conductor are described in the second example. An emphasis on electro-optical ceramics and the electro-optical materials is given in the third example. The fourth example characterizes ceramic dielectric materials and various types of capacitiors made of. The last example of functional ceramics defines the piezoelectric effect and piezoelectric materials as well as piezo-ceramic components used in electrical engineering.
