Abstract
U ovom radu naglasak je bio na Windows Phone 8.1 mobilnim aplikacijama pa je tako kao rezultat nastala aplikacija za digitalizaciju dokumenata imena PicScan koristeći razvojno okruženje Windows Phone SDK implementirano u Microsoft Visual Studio 2013. Programski jezici koji se koriste su C# za pozadinski dio aplikacije, XAML za korisničko sučelje, te EMGU CV matematičke funkcije za obradu slike. Aplikacija će sliku uslikanu stražnjom kamerom pametnog telefona matematički obraditi, pronaći dokument oblika pravokutnika na istoj, označiti ga i izrezati, te prikazati u punoj veličini izvorne slike. Kako bi to bilo moguće, potrebno joj je povećati kvalitetu koristeći pyrDown funkciju uzorkovanja, te konvertirati sve boje u sivu, nakon čega se može primijeniti funkcija Canny koja će pomoću Canny detektora rubova pronaći sve rubove na slici. Za izbor korisnih rubova poziva se HoughLinesP funkcija koja će ostaviti samo ravne linije koje će se dalje moći prepoznati kao konture s četiri točke i pravim kutevima, odnosno pravokutnici. Za kraj se označeni pravokutnici izrezuju i prikazuju u veličini izvorne slike.
Abstract (english)
An emphasis of this master thesis was on Windows Phone 8.1 mobile applications therefore the application for digitalization of documents named PicScan was created as a result. The development was made using integrated development environment Windows Phone SDK integrated in Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 which enables the development of Windows Phone mobile applications with C# and XAML programming languages, along with EMGU CV mathematical functions for image processing. The application task will be to process the picture taken by the rear camera of a smartphone in a way that it will search for a document in the shape of a rectangle on an picture and when found, rectangle will be marked, cut and shown in the size initial picture was. For that to be possible, quality of a picture has to be raised using pyrDown function of downsampling. The given image should then be converted to grey, before the appliance of Canny algorithm to find the edges on the picture using Canny edge detector. To pick out useful edges, shapped as straight lines and further used to detect contours, use of HoughLinesP algorithm is necessary. Only those contours with four points will be further processed to check whether they are rectangles. If so, they will be marked, cut, and have their perspective transformed so they fit the size of the initial picture.
