Abstract
Cilj je izraditi simulator za potrebe ubrzavanja procesa puštanja čeličane u pogon. Potrebno je simulirati proces toplog valjanja te je u isto vrijeme potrebno regulirati napetost čelične trake. Simulirani proces se sastoji od dva postolja s valjcima, ventila, cilindra i vodilice pomoću koje se regulira napetost. Programska podrška je napisana koristeći Tia Portal te je namijenjena za implementaciju na PLC uređaj. Programska podrška se sastoji od simulacije izvršnih i mjernih članova, algoritma za upravljanje i korisničkog sučelja na kojem se prikazuje trenutno stanje procesa te iz kojega je moguće upravljane procesom. Algoritam za upravljanje se sastoji od dvije vrste regulacije, a to su regulacije pozicije i regulacija napetosti. Korišten je PI regulator.
Abstract (english)
The goal is to create a simulator for the purpose of speeding up the process of steel plant commissioning. It is necessary to simulate a hot rolling process and at the same time it is necessary to control the tension of the steel strip. The simulated process consists of two stands with rollers, a valve, a cylinder and a looper with the help of which tension is controlled. The software is written using Tia Portal and is intended for implementation on a PLC device. Software consists of a simulation of actuators and sensors, a control algorithm and a user interface that displays the current state of the process and from which the process control is possible. The control algorithm consists of two types of control, which are position control and tension control. PI controller is used.
