Abstract
Cilj je izraditi simulator za potrebe ubrzavanja procesa puštanja čeličane u pogon. Potrebno je simulirati proces toplog valjanja te je u isto vrijeme potrebno regulirati napetost čelične trake. Simulirani proces se sastoji od dva postolja s valjcima, ventila, cilindra i vodilice pomoću koje se regulira napetost. Programska podrška je napisana koristeći Tia Portal te je namijenjena za implementaciju na PLC uređaj. Programska podrška se sastoji od simulacije izvršnih i mjernih članova, algoritma... More za upravljanje i korisničkog sučelja na kojem se prikazuje trenutno stanje procesa te iz kojega je moguće upravljane procesom. The goal is to create a simulator for the purpose of speeding up the process of steel plant commissioning. It is necessary to simulate a hot rolling process and at the same time it is necessary to control the tension of the steel strip. The simulated process consists of two stands with rollers, a valve, a cylinder and a looper with the help of which tension is controlled.
