Abstract
U ovom završnom radu provedena je LCA analiza (engl. Life Cycle Assessment) na primjeru električnog trimera Merox MX-CL-18, koristeći programski alat SimaPro. U teorijskom dijelu rada navedene su općenite informacije o LCA analizi i njenoj povijesti. Nakon toga detaljno su opisane faze provođenja analize, čija se primjena vidi i u praktičnom dijelu rada. Također, opisan je pojam eko-indikatora te su prikazana tri područja moguće štete, te su ti pojmovi također bitan dio praktičnog dijela. Za kraj teorijskog dijela i kao uvod u praktični, opisan je korišteni programski alat SimaPro i sve njegove različite verzije. U praktičnom dijelu je u programskom alatu SimaPro provedena LCA analiza na primjeru spomenutog trimera., te je bilo vidljivo kako svaki materijal od kojeg je izrađen trimer utječe na tri područja moguće štete. Nakon toga međusobno su uspoređene četiri životne faze promatranog trimera (proizvodnja, uporaba, odlaganje i ponovna uporaba reciklata) i bilo je moguće vidjeti kako te četiri faze utječu na tri područja moguće štete. Opisani su svi koraci analize, od prikupljanja podataka o trimeru, preko unosa tih podataka u sučelje programskog alata pa sve do interpretacije rezultata izračuna, odnosno rezultantnih grafova
Abstract (english)
The analysis of the environmental impact of the electric trimmer Merox MX-CL-18 using the LCA methods and parameters has been described in this study. The analysis was done in the software called SimaPro. Theoretical part gave some general information about LCA and its history. After that, all phases of LCA have been described in more detail and those phases can later be seen in the practical part of the study. Furthermore, term “eco-indicator” was described, and three damage modules were shown that also play an important role in the practical part of the study. As the end of the theoretical part and as introduction to the practical one, SimaPro was described, along with all its different versions. In the practical part, LCA analysis was conducted on the example of the electric trimmer Merox MX-CL-18, using the mentioned software and it was shown how each of the materials contained in the trimmer affects the three damage modules. After that, four life cycle stages were compared (production, usage, disposal, and new use of the recycled parts) and it was shown how those four stages affect the three damage modules. Every step of the analysis was described, from collecting data about the trimmer and data entry, all the way to the interpretation of the results and resulting graphs
