Abstract | Glavni cilj ovog rada bio je navesti i opisati najčešće moguće kvarove kod električnih strojeva u radnom pogonu, te navesti i opisati sve moguće mjerne metode za otkrivanje kvarova i na osnovu svakog mjerenja spektralnom analizom dati ocjenu stanja svakog pojedinog dijela stroja. U prvom dijelu rada navedene su i opisane vrste kvarova. Kvarovi električnog stroja podijeljeni su po njegovim dijelovima, to jest kvarovi rotora, statora, namota, ležaja i osovine. U drugom dijelu rada opisan je velik broj metoda za otkrivanje kvarova, a to su: vizualni pregled kao najstarija metoda, mjerenje vibracija, mjerenje temperature, termovizijska dijagnostika, upotreba penetranta, metoda provjere utrazvukom, mjerenje struje i otpora rotora, mjerenje magnetskog polja i mjerenje fizikalnih veličina osovine. Na kraju rada posebno je opisana metoda spektralne analize. |
Abstract (english) | The main task of this work was to list and describe the most common possible failures of electrical machines in operation, and to list and describe all possible measurement methods for detecting failures and, based on each measurement, to give an assessment of the condition of each individual part of the machine through spectral analysis. In the first part of the work, the types of failures are listed and described. Electrical machine failures are divided by its parts, i.e. rotor, stator, winding, bearing and shaft failures. In the second part of the paper, a large number of methods for detecting faults are described, like visual inspection as the oldest method, vibration measurement, temperature measurement, thermal imaging diagnostics, use of penetrants, ultrasonic testing method, measurement of rotor current and resistance, measurement of the magnetic field and measurement physical dimensions of the shaft. At the end of the paper, the spectral analysis method is specifically described. |
