Abstract
U završnom radu teorijski i na primjerima je objašnjen Gram-Schmidtov postupak ortogonalizacije zadane baze vektorskog prostora. U prvom dijelu rada ukratko su objašnjene najbitnije definicije i poglavlja koja su važna za razumjeti prije postupka ortogonalizcije. Neke operacije koje su bile potrebne su računanje skalarnog produkta, determinante i projekcija vektora. Postupak je ostvaren u programskim jezicima Python i C++ koji su pisani u razvojnom okruženju Visual Studio Code. Kod je objašnjen uz rješavanje zadatka, počevši od unosa vektora, računanja skalarnog produkta, Gramove determinante i ortonormiranja. Računanje vrijednosti kao što su skalarni produkt i determinanta su nam olakšale funkcije iz importiranih biblioteka. Kodovi su zatim uspoređeni u područjima brzine i izgleda, gdje su dobiveni očekivani rezultati.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this bachelor's thesis was to explain the Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization process. In the first part of thesis, there were essential parts that had to be explained before explaining the orthogonalization process. Some parts and definitions that were needed were calculation of a scalar product, determinant and vector projection. The process was written in programming languages Python and C++ which were written in development environment Visual Studio Code. The code was explained with simultaniously solving the task, starting with entering a set of vectors, calculating a scalar product, Gram determinant and orthonormalization. Calculating a scalar product and a determinant were made easier by using functions from the imported libraries. Programs were compared in terms of speed and looks, where the expected results were shown.
