Abstract
Cilj ove doktorske disertacije je izraditi te osposobiti sustav za simuliranje i prototipiranje uredaja iz podruˇcja elektroenergetike ili elektrostrojarstva te na njemu implementirati modele elektromotornog pogona s razliˇcitim algoritmima upravljanja asinkronog stroja. Sustav takoder mora biti omogu´cen za rad u kosimulaciji s razliˇcitim programskim okruˇzenjima i alatima iz podruˇcja mekog raˇcunarstva. Sustav je realiziran pomo´cu stvarno-vremenskog simulatora te je iskoriˇsten za prototipiranje frekvencijskog pretvaraˇca za napajanje asinkronog stroja. Predstavljena je napredna metoda za regulaciju brzine vrtnje asinkronim strojem, a u kosimulaciji s meta-heuristiˇckim optimizatorom, sustav je iskoriˇsten za optimiranje parametara neizrazitog regulatora brzine vrtnje asinkronog stroja. U prvom poglavlju, predstavljeni su matematiˇcki modeli svih elemenata elektromotornog pogona koji su bitni za uspjeˇsno simuliranje dinamike elektromotornih pogona pomo´cu stvarno-vremenskog simulatora. U drugom poglavlju, prikazani su dijelovi sustava za simuliranje i prototipiranje upravljaˇckih algoritama elektromotornih pogona. Glavni dijelovi ovog sustava su stvarno-vremenski simulator s proˇsirenjem za digitalne i analogne ulaze i izlaze te energetski dio koji se sastoji od filtera energetskih modula za izradu frekvencijskog pretvaraˇca. Pomo´cu sustava je izvrˇsena simulacija elektromotornog pogona sa skalarno upravljanim asinkronim strojem te stvarna skalarna regulacija asinkronog stroja. Simulirani i stvarni odzivi su potom usporedeni. U tre´cem poglavlju, predstavljeni su konvencionalne i napredne metode upravljanja brzinom vrtnje asinkronog stroja. Od naprednih metoda izdvojeno je prediktivno upravljanje strujom i momentom asinkronog stroja na temelju modela. Prediktivno upravljanje strujom asinkronog stroja je pobliˇze analizirano te prilagodeno za rad s konstantnom frekvencijom uklapanja frekvencijskog pretvaraˇca. Glavni doprinos pri razvoju ove tehnike upravljanja je dokaz stabilnosti klasiˇcnom metodom analiziranja svojstvenih vrijednosti i ˇcinjenica da nema potrebe za raˇcunanjem teˇzinskih faktora koji inaˇce osiguravaju stabilnost sustava. Razvijena metoda je usporedena sa srodnom metodom upravljanja te je vidljivo poboljˇsanje u spektru elektromagnetskog momenta asinkronog stroja. U ˇcetvrtom poglavlju izvrˇsena su dodatna poboljˇsanja metode prediktivnog upravljanja strujom, gdje je PI regulator brzine vrtnje zamijenjen s neizrazitim regulatorom. Parametri neizrazitog regulatora su optimirani pomo´cu meta-heuristiˇckog optimizatora. Optimizacija je izvrˇsena kosimulacijskim pristupom na naˇcin da stvarno-vremenski simulator izvrˇsava simulaciju elektromotornog pogona s neizrazitim regulatorom, a optimizator prima rezultate na temelju kojih generira optimalne parametre. Odzivi elektromotornog pogona upravljanog s optimiranim neizrazitim regulatorom su usporedeni s odzivima dobivenim srodnim metodama te je vidljivo poboljˇsanje odziva momenta i brzine vrtnje.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this PhD thesis is to develop a system for simulation and prototyping of devices from the fields of electrical or electromechanical engineering and use it for implementation of electric drive models that utilize different structures for induction machine control. The system should also allow for cosimulation with different software environments and tools from the field of soft computing. This system is realized using the real-time simulator and it is used for induction machine frequency converter prototyping. Advanced method for induction machine speed control is presented. System is also used for optimization of induction machine fuzzy speed controller utilizing meta-heuristic optimizer through cosimulation process. First chapter presents mathematical models of all electric drive elements that are relevant for successful dynamical simulation using the real-time simulator. Chapter two presents parts of the rapid control prototyping system used for electric drives. Main parts of this system are real-time simulator with the extension for digital and analog inputs and outputs, and power part that consists of passive filters and energy modules for frequency converter realization. Using the system, a model in the loop simulation of scalar controlled electric drive is executed and then scalar control is tested on the real machine. Simulated and real responses are then compared. The third chapter presents conventional and advanced induction machine control methods with the emphasis on model predictive control methods, specifically model predictive torque, and model predictive current control. Model predictive current control is closely analyzed and adapted for operation with constant modulation frequency. Main contribution regarding this algorithm is proof of stability using the classic eigenvalue analysis, which makes weighing factor matrix that is usually used to ensure stability obsolete. Proposed method is compared with another method from the family of model predictive control methods and the improvement in electromagnetic torque spectrum is clearly visible. Chapter four represents additional improvements of induction machine predictive current control where speed PI controller gets replaced with fuzzy speed controller. Parameters of the fuzzy speed controller are optimized using meta-heuristic optimizer. Optimization is executed through cosimulation where real-time simulator executes electric drive simulation, and optimizer receives the results based on which it generates new set of parameters. Induction machine responses controlled by fuzzy controller are compared with the responses obtained by several different methods which shows improvement in electric drive speed and torque responses.
