Abstract
U ovom završnom radu predstavljena su pionirska astronomska otkrića Caroline Herschel. Dan je kratak životopis Caroline Herschel te su opisana njezina otkrića maglica i kometa. Također je opisano otkriće planeta Urana njezinog brata Williama Herschela s kojim je radila. Detaljno je opisan teleskop, Newtonov reflektor, kojim je došla do svojih otkrića. Opisane su sve verzije kataloga koje su objavili Caroline i William Herschel kao i revizija British Cataloguea.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the pioneering astronomical discoveries of Caroline Herschel are presented. A short biography of Caroline Herschel is given and all her major discoveries of comets and nebulae are described. The discovery of the planet Uranus by her brother William Herschel with whom she worked is also described. The Newtonian reflector employed for her discoveries is described in detail. All catalogs and catalog versions published by Caroline and William Herschel are described and well as revision of the British Catalogue.
