Abstract
Ovim završnim radom opisana je kontrola temperature lemnih stanica, te pojava mrtvog vremena u temperaturnom odzivu istih, pri čemu je korištena Skogestadova „Half role“ metoda svođenja sustava 3. reda na sustav 2., odnosno 1. reda uz prikaz toplinskog sustava lemnih stanica Kirchhoffovim nadomjesnim toplinskim shemama. Rad je dodatno potkrijepljen teorijom vezanom uz temeljne procese prijenosa topline (kondukcija, konvekcija i zračenje) te sa teorijom koja opisuje građu lemilica i lemnih stanica na kojima su se vršila mjerenja. Osim toga, u radu su opisane električne sheme i sama logika kojima se vrši kontrola temperature lemnih stanica. Također, opisana je i teorija Kirchhoffovih toplinskih shema pomoću kojih je moguće prikazati toplinske sustave ( u ovom slučaju lemnih stanica) pomoću nadomjesne Kirchhoffove toplinske sheme.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes temperature control in various soldering station and the present deadtime effect. Temperature control was described by applying Skogestad's Half role method which reduces third-order system to second-order system and first-order systems, respectively with a view of the soldering station heating system using Kirchhoff’s substitute heat schematics. This paper is additionally supported by theory that explains the basic heat exchange processes (conduction, convection and radiation) and the theory that explains the basic build of the soldering irons and soldering stations on which measurements were made. Besides that, the paper explains electrical schematics and the basic principle used for temperature control in soldering stations. Additionally, the paper explains Kirchhoff's heat schematics, which make it possible to present heat systems (in this case soldering stations) using Kirchhoff's substitute heat schematics.
